We have a close client actively looking to purchase a container carrier with
the following preferred specifications for their direct consideration:

Vessel Requirements:

*	Type: Container Carrier
*	Gear Preference: Gearless preferred

Capacity & Dimensions:

*	Nominal Capacity: Approximately 1,300 - 1,500 TEU
*	Effective Capacity (@14T): Approximately 1,050 TEU (minimum 950 TEU)
*	Reefer Capacity: Around 150 plugs (approx. 4.5 kW per plug)
*	DWT: Minimum 17,000 MT
*	LOA: Maximum 170 meters

Technical Requirements:

*	Rows:

*	On Deck: Maximum 9 rows
*	Under Deck: Maximum 8 rows

*	Tiers Under Deck / Hatch Cover: Maximum 4 tiers
*	Hatch Cover Weight: No single piece exceeding 35 MT

Stack Weight:

*	Hold:

*	20': Minimum 90 MT
*	40': Minimum 120 MT

*	Deck:

*	20': Minimum 60 MT
*	40'/45': Minimum 120 MT
*	Mixed: Minimum 150 MT

Additional Requirements:

*	Class: IACS Class (LR preferred)
*	Trading Status: Without restrictions
*	Age: Built 2018 or newer
*	BWTS: Must be fitted
*	OPS / APM / Cold Ironing: Preferred but not mandatory
*	Speed: Minimum 14 knots fully loaded
*	Main Engine: Required speed to be achievable at 75% MCR
